Blake served his community in upstate New York as a volunteer firefighter/EMT, EMS Lieutenant, Lead FTO and EMT for the City of Auburn Ambulance, Station/Equipment Manager and EMT for the Town of Skaneateles Ambulance, and an Emergency Room Technician. In February 2020, Blake became our full-time Office Manager and proudly continues Dr. Thompson’s work by delivering practical, easy-to-learn strategies that empower people to de-escalate conflict and potential violence effectively.
