During his tenure as Asia Pacific Director of Verbal Judo in Australia, Will trained over 80,000 clients from corporate business, education, health care, law enforcement and government sectors. His background included 21 years with the Western Australia Police, including five years as the Senior Instructor of their Tactical Training Unit. Will transferred leadership of Verbal Judo Australia to Trevor Lawson when he retired in 2016.
