Blogger talks up great class

What happens after a person attends a Verbal Judo class? We love to get feedback like this blog post, which was written after a Verbal Judo class taught by Verbal Judo Vice President Mike Manley.

“Here’s what I have seen a huge jump in the amount of voluntary compliance I get from my “clients.” This may sound crazy but I am even being thanked by many of them after I arrest them or issue them a citation. Who would have thought?”

This new police officer also says Verbal Judo has been a great benefit at home. To read the full blog,…

I can’t put down Doc’s book!

Here’s a note from an officer who attended your training:

First of all I would like to thank you and for the opportunity to attend this training. The training and experience listening to Dr. Rhino was beyond my expectations. Training like this makes my job more enjoyable and focused on the importance of my daily duties as a front line patrol Officer. Please do what you can to bring Doc. Rhino back. I would be very interested and honored to attend his trainer school.

P.S. I can’t put his book down HUGE stuff

Verbal Judo should be required training

Here’s a note from an officer who received Verbal Judo training:

Dear Chief,

I would like to thank you for allowing me to attend this training. It is fantastic training and everyone who deals with the public should be required to attend a training seminar like this. Especially law enforcement. I only wish I would have attended a course like this when I first started back in 1995. Everything Mr. Thompson taught makes sense and is very valuable to me and will help me to be a better officer and trainer. A course like this should be mandatory in the…

Verbal Judo training worth the 10-year wait

Here’s a note I received from one of the officers who was just trained in Verbal Judo:

Chief,

I have been waiting for ten years to attend this course. Thank you for the opportunity! The course was excellent and I believe every one of our officers should attend it. The course is designed to teach us to show respect when we are speaking with people (which is lost on a lot of officers), yet maintain control of any given situation, generate voluntary compliance, and stay safe. What is more important than that in the law enforcement world? We are definitely…
